Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was ideal for getting to the slopes quickly, and the amenities like the pool were a hit with the family. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with delayed maintenance issues and communication frustrations. I also felt some amenities could use an upgrade for the price we paid.
